We are seeing freedoms ‘slammed shut’ under new cultural divide
Institute of Public Affairs’ Gideon Rozner says we are currently seeing the opportunities and freedoms of Australia “slammed shut” under a new cultural divide.
“We absolutely have become the ultimate nanny state,” Mr Rozner told Sky News host Cory Bernardi.
“But it goes further than that … almost every major organisation and institution in the country has been taken over by the cultural left”.
“They have used that to do away with traditional Aussie values like freedom of speech and conscience, the dignity of work and owning your own home”.
“They’ve replaced it with their own hobby horses like green chicanery, the smart cities claptrap, corporatist economics, divisive identity politics.”
