US Vice President Kamala Harris was selected by the Democrats primarily because she is an “African American woman” says Former White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney.
“He was a white American male (Joe Biden) and they needed the balance on their ticket,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.
