Video shows the moments leading up to the fatal shooting of a Black man on April 4 in Michigan. a Grand Rapids police officer stopped Patrick Lyoya, 26, over an unregistered license plate. The officer and Lyoya got into a confrontation that left Lyoya fatally shot in the back of the head. WDIV’s Shawn Ley reports.
