‘Tragedy’ in South Africa as rioting and looting continues

NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham says South Africa “now looks like a failed state” amid the looting and rioting.

South Africa is deploying 25,000 soldiers to provinces where forces are grappling with the civil unrest.

Mr Latham told Sky News there has been a “complete breakdown” in law and order, with shopping malls looking like “war zones”.

“The place has become completely lawless.”
