These Black Entrepreneurs Are the Best Thing Since Sliced Bread

Ellen welcomed Charles, Jamel and Mark, owners of The Black Bread Co. in Chicago. The best friends explained how after the murder of George Floyd and the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement, they were inspired to make their mark by becoming the first Black-owned sliced bread company. They shared that while they’ve sacrificed a lot to get the business up and running, they’re motivated to continue growing a company that will inspire generations to come.
