The Classroom & The Cell Episode 24 | Cultural vs. Political Nationalism Pt. 2
The Classroom & The Cell Podcast is based on the book Marc Lamont Hill and political prisoner Mumia Abu Jamal wrote in 2012.
Every week, Marc Lamont Hill has conversations with political prisoner Mumia Abu Jamal, who is currently serving a life sentence in the dungeons of SCI Mahanoy. Mumia was framed and wrongly convicted for the 1981 murder of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner. Since being sentenced to death in 1982, he has been one world’s most important intellectuals.
Hill and Mumia have weekly talks that are shared through this podcast. Any money made from this podcast will go directly to Mumia’s care and work toward his freedom.
