Tanzania: Entrepreneur uses maggots to eat through tonnes of food waste

A business in Tanzania is betting that insects, not humans, are the answer to some of the country’s pollution problems. Charities estimate that food waste accounts for up to 70% of Tanzania’s pollution, and now one entrepreneur is using maggots to literally, eat through the problem.
