Study explains how black wealth was destroyed by college attendance

According to the Wall Street journal, all of those college degrees did NOTHING to increase Black Wealth. In fact, not only did it not increase wealth within the black community, it REDUCED IT.

I’ve been teaching on college campuses for nearly 30 years, and I can explain EXACTLY why #BlackWealth has gone down as a result of college attendance. Going to college is not the problem. It’s that you’re not learning how to invest, buy real estate or start #BlackOwnedBusinesses.

As a result, for many African Americans,going to college simply piles on the debt to give you the chance to become part of the working class forever. This doesn’t work out for you at all.
