South Africa’s ANC Agrees to Unity Government Talks
The top leaders of South Africa’s African National Congress said the party will seek to form a government of national unity with opposition groups. The ANC, led by President Cyril Ramaphosa, won marginally more than 40% support in the election, ceding its parliamentary majority for the first time since apartheid ended.
