Should African-Americans Say, "We Told You So?"

Should African-Americans say I told you so? This question is in reference to the school shooting that took place in Uvalde, Texas. For many years, African-Americans have been complaining that the American police don’t protect and serve Black people. In this event, Hispanic Americans discovered that this statement might well apply to them as the police stood by and did nothing as an intruder forced his way into a school and took the lives of several people including children. This inaction proved that the police are not duty bound to protect and serve but look out for their own interests.
