During his time as Long Beach Chief, Luna was responsible for millions in taxpayer dollars being wasted on police abuse lawsuit settlements including the killing of a resident while watering his lawn. Yes… WHILE WATERING HIS LAWN!
On top of that, Luna was involved in the beating of a black man while leaving bible study who suffered over 50 stitches on his head. And Luna’s racial bias was never more evident than when Luna refused to PROMOTE A SINGLE African American women during his leadership. Robert Luna is NOT the Blue Unicorn the elites want you to think he is.
