San Francisco moves to ‘reparations scheme’ giving African Americans US$5m

San Francisco has moved towards a “reparations scheme” which would give any African American up to US$5 million, says Sky News host Paul Murray.

“If you also were the descendent of somebody who had gone to jail as a result of the war on drugs, remember the role that both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris played in that, you would also be available to the best part of US$5 million,” Mr Murray said.
