SA Politics | Political instability within the ruling party affects business and society: IMRSA

The Institute of Risk Management (IRMSA) says the increasing internal conflict within the African National Congress which has over-spilled into the public discourse are a cause for concern. The organisation is of the view that political instability poses a threat not only for business and the economy but for the broader society at large. IRMSA says as the country is still fighting the scourge of the COVID-19 pandemic, citizens are looking for certainty and stability from political leaders to deal with the current environment that has added to the existing economic crisis, service delivery failures and the country’s general development.
