Riding the new Scott Genius down the 'Sluice' at full speed
After a couple of months of riding the 2021 Genius and getting used to it, I finally get to ride down the Sluice at full speed. Coming from a single speed xc hard tail this bike really made a difference, Its defiantly made me a better rider, I’ve never owned a bike like this and it can really make you feel good.
The track is very short and great for someone who can steer a bike well, you definitely need to pre ride the track in some sections before hitting it fast as you’ll see in the vid, moderate jumping skills are good too, but you can roll most of it if you go slower.
You will also need to be fit or have a shuttle to get back up, it takes 5 to 10 times as long to climb back up to the trail head.
