NAACP’s Fight to Stop Reparations for the Descendants of American Slavery. Who is Rev Amos Brown?



On the brink of San Francisco deciding to pay $5 million per person to the descendants of American slavery, the NAACP has found it necessary to not only try to block those reparation payments, but to implore the supervisory board to use those funds to create programs and jobs for everyone. The leader of the San Francisco NAACP branch, Reverend Amos Brown, had the nerve and audacity to contact the board about the debt owed to the descendants of American slaves.
