Monique Horton Odom – MNPS Black Excellence



Whites Creek High School graduate Monique Horton Odom is a native Nashvillian who has been with Metro Government since 2002, spending most of that time with the Parks and Recreation Department, which she now leads. Since joining Parks in 2006, Odom’s responsibilities have primarily been focused on the department’s fiscal matters. She oversees 182 parks and more than 15,000 acres.
