Lt. Billy Nungesser relaunches African American Heritage and wants to bring it to the classroom.

The Louisiana Office of Tourism has relaunched the African American Heritage Trail starting at Whitney Plantation. Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser says it is important that all of Louisiana history is honored.
