Is Foundational Black American Lineage Important?? A Discussion
Hey Goddis Gang. I wanted to do this video because the concept of Foundational Black Americans recognizing and gatekeeping their own lineage is fairly new and seems to be very confusing to people. However, the concept itself is actually very common sense and practical to anyone thinking free of emotion and focusing on the facts. I’m confused as to why the big fuss and why so many have an issue with it. When you know better you do better. I enjoy seeing my people from all over the diaspora celebrating and being proud of their lineage, why can’t we be proud too? We have brought an unclaimed lineage to life, how does one take issue with that? For so long non Fba blacks have called out FBA black people openly: lazy, ungrateful, spoiled, etc… it seems now that FBA is drawing a line in the sand, so many are triggered by this boundary being set. It’s weird
