How racism works and why it keeps wealth away from black people

Tonight, we are reading from Powernomics by Dr Claud Anderson. Our analysis is on how racism is designed to create a black underclass and keep wealth and power out of the hands of black people.

In Powernomics, Dr Anderson starts the book by explaining that there are a few impediments to racial progress, some of which is related to the legacy of public policy from the past and also inappropriate economic behavior among black people.
