Joe Biden has been declared President elect of the United States in a historic and eventful election that’s still gripping the world. But the southern state of Georgia is too close to call, with Biden ahead by more than twelve thousand votes. As the state awaits a recount, Democrats are on track for their first Presidential victory in the state, since 1992. A monumental twist that many say is down to a coalition of African American organisers mobilising black voters.
