Dunedin honors African American residents with new plaque.

On June 19th, 2023, the City of Dunedin installed a commemorative plaque recognizing Dunedin’s African American citizens who made historic contributions to the Dunedin community. This plaque, located next to Eli’s BBQ on the Pinellas Trail, is a symbol of progress and freedom for all.
