Charles Blow sits down with BNC’s chief medical editor, Dr. Corey Hébert, about the World Health Organization urging vaccinated people to wear masks indoors, as the contagious Delta variant spreads. The WHO’s statement goes against current CDC guidelines.

“You need to be extra careful because we are the people dying the most,” Hébert says. “Black people cannot afford to lose our culture; we must get vaccinated for the culture.”
