Closing the gap between the African diaspora and Finnish-Africa strategy

Think Africa Week 2021 hosted the Lean In Volume 3 event: Closing the gap between the African diaspora and Finnish-Africa strategy: A workshop for concrete actions. The event included the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Finnpartnership, Business Finland, and African diaspora led organizations and companies.

Two of the key outcomes were: The potential of an entity/Think Tank that brings together representatives from the African diaspora; and the entity tasked to come up with concrete actions for diaspora engagement in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
