Bushfire-devastated Kempsey turns to cultural burning to prepare for coming fire season | ABC News

It has been nearly 12 months since bushfires tore through Kempsey Shire in the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

Now, landowners are working in partnership with the Indigenous community and the rural fire service to learn about cultural burning and how it can help them prepare for the coming summer.
