Black People 3 Times More Likely to Develop Kidney Failure

If you’re Black, you are three times more likely than your white friends to develop kidney failure—and about 90% of Americans don’t even know they have it.

Rogers, the director of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, joins “DC Today” to share more about the risk of kidney disease in Black people and what can be done about it.
