2. Love and Support Each Other (Also Economically)
3. Connect And Network With Black Organizations
4. Be The Leader We Desire To See

I believe that we we have to take it upon ourselves to lead the black community to a better place in our society – excellent leadership must come from our community and I know we have the potential for it. We have to develop a leadership mindset.
