Black Entrepreneurs Day 2021



Daymond John, the founder and CEO of FUBU and co-star of ABC’s four-time Emmy Award Winning Show, Shark Tank, alongside Chase for Business presented the second annual Black Entrepreneurs Day live from Harlem’s Legendary Apollo Theater. A global primetime special celebrating Black business and entrepreneurship, the show highlighted insightful conversations with Black business icons including Kevin Hart, Shaquille O’Neal, Tyra Banks, Michael Strahan, Rev Run, plus a live musical performance from the one and only Khalid.

The NAACP Powershift Entrepreneur Grant was Daymond John’s quest to
find and award up-and-coming Black entrepreneurs $250,000 in grants!
Black entrepreneurs from across the country applied for the chance to win
$25,000 each to help them grow and scale their businesses during a time
they need it most. Over 3,000 businesses applied for the program and
$250,000 was given away thanks to our amazing partners.
