In this vlog we continue our mission to help the #BLACKLIVESMATTER movement in a way to build our black community from the ground up. We aren’t focused on marches, boycotts, etc…we are focused on our food supply, land, business & more. A lot of what I talk about was inspired by a live Facebook video by Pam Booker (of Koils by Nature). She touched on what a “boycott” really is and was firm on the fact that most of the boycotts presented today don’t have any clear objectives. She suggests we “march to our black businesses” instead of marching to highways, etc. Instead of 10,000 people marching to random places…march to a black owned bank and deposit $100 into a new account. In the vlog we attempt to map out the black own businesses we can support in our home town/city. It definitely takes some work but we are up for the challenge.

We also speak with Taylor and Sky to make sure we are not “teaching them racism” by constantly mentioning black this and black that!

Finally, I touch on some other black owned businesses we can all start supporting…if we all come together we can have a huge positive impact on our community as a whole. Remember…it starts with small changes…laundry detergent, paper products, etc. And my favorite part…we do a beard care tutorial using Koils by Nature. This tutorial is a short version…the full version will be available too!
