Black Business Council meets President, calls on government to pay money owed to SMEs

The Black Business Council is calling on President Cyril Ramaphosa to ensure that all government departments pay money owed to small and medium-sized businesses.
The President met with business lobby groups yesterday, to get their input ahead of the State of the Nation Address. The council says the country needs to create a new breed of black billionaires.
