The man was killed by 5 black officers so skin color wasn’t the issue. I think its insulting to POC . Essentially Biden is saying black people are to stupid to learn how to not resist. Hes saying you’re too stupid to teach your children how to respect and cooperate with police. He was supposed to be the great unifier .
