Appeal to the African diaspora

On April 3rd, the Raelian Guide Hortense Gbedia Dodo, Ph.D., born in Ivory Coast, launched an appeal to the African American diaspora and to all African-Americans to help stop the bloodshed in Ivory Coast and in most of Kamite (African) countries.
