AP Course on African American Studies Has Been rejected by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ Administration

The Advanced Placement course on African American studies that has been rejected by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ administration is being tested at 60 schools around the country.

At one of them, Baton Rouge Magnet High School in Louisiana, students say it provides a welcome shift in perspective from other courses.
