ABNY Talks – Celebrating Black History Month 2022: Politics, Leadership, and Excellence



In celebration of Black History Month, the Association for a Better New York (ABNY) hosted a robust and timely discussion about navigating politics, leadership, and excellence toward racial equity, inclusion, and generational wealth building in historically black communities in New York City, joining the esteemed panel included Leroy Comrie, New York State Senator; Vanessa Gibson, Bronx Borough President; David A. Paterson, Former Governor of New York; and Pierina Sanchez, New York City Council Member, with Lieutenant Governor Brian Benjamin providing opening remarks. The panel was moderated by Melva M. Miller, ABNY Chief Executive Officer .
