ABCD’s Black History Month Event Examines Ways to Close the Racial Wealth Gap
ABCD’s annual Black History Month celebration focused this year on examining ways to close the racial wealth gap in Boston. Paris Alston, co-host of Morning Edition on GBH News, moderated the discussion. Speakers included Segun Idowu, Chief of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion for the City of Boston, Jill Lacey Griffin, Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Accordia Partners, and Ron Marlow, Director of Workforce Development and Alternative Education at ABCD. Thanks to all who participated in the discussion and attended the event at ABCD’s Thelma D. Burns Building in Roxbury!
