JP Morgan Chase’s free minority entrepreneur program changing lives

There’s a free program aimed at helping Baltimore’s minority-owned businesses succeed. Many small businesses in Baltimore and across the country fail after the first two years, with the rate sometimes higher for those that are minority-owned. In 2020, JP Morgan Chase launched a free program to change that reality. On any given day, Alexandra Francois, owner of Faithfully Fit Training, is coaching, teaching and improving her community, one exercise set at a time. The name of her company speaks to the inspiration of her life’s mission.
