‘Beer is us, a part of us’ — Thousands of years after beer was invented in Africa, these HBCU graduates came together to open one of NYC’s only Black-owned craft beer bars. Located in Central Harlem, @HarlemHops has become a go-to spot for ‘beer, booze, bites, and beats,’ all the while giving back to the community with the Harlem Hopes scholarship program.
