Nothing good comes without struggle!!!

In 2022 I bought and sold 1500 copies of “B is For Black Wealth.” It was a very promising year one as an author and we reached the sales goal we set out for ourselves.

As the year came to a close I had the decision of whether I was going to buy another 1500 and be comfortable financially or double down and get 3000 books and kinda break myself!!! I would get a significant price break but buying 3k of anything comes with a heavy price tag!

I decided to bet on myself and essentially starting from scratch from a business finance perspective! There is a 12 week lag time from when the payment is paid and when the product touched down!

During that time God ministered to me about patience and trusting him instead of trusting money which comes and goes. Or my business acumen which doesn’t matter when your main product is sold out and money is low.

This the part about being an entrepreneur they don’t tell you. Sometimes you have to make tough choices, sometimes you need to be broke for a season. Sometimes you have more product then you truly now how to sale! But this is the fun part. Our goals is to sale 3k books by the end of 2023 and I have no doubt we will accomplish that!
