Sacramento’s Black Wall Street: Exploring the Black entrepreneurial spirit | Race and Culture

The Florin Square Shopping Center is home to more than 200 businesses, retail stores and nonprofits. They’re 100% owned by people of color and 90% owned by Black people. The Black entrepreneurial spirit can also be traced back to one of America’s most prosperous Black Wall Streets, the Greenwood District in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
