Boosting talents among minorities essential: Dr Mohammad Rafi

The National Commission of Minorities (NCM) held its annual conference on March 28, 2023 (today), at the Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath in New Delhi. Vice Chairman of Punjab State Minority Commission Dr Mohammad Rafi said, “The biggest problem today’s Punjab is facing is ‘brain drain’, this can stop if they are provided with skill development, and employment”. Dr Rafi who is a wonderful orator added special flavour to the session by adding ‘shayari’.
