A former Minneapolis cop was charged with assaulting a man during a protest that followed the death of George Floyd in May 2020.

Former officer Justin Stetson is accused of repeatedly punching, kicking and kneeing on Jaleel Stallings’ head after the man was already on the ground with his hands on the pavement.
