East Africa drought threatens millions with starvation: Aid group

The Horn of Africa and East Africa are experiencing the longest droughts in 40 years.
Millions of people are at risk of starvation.
Together with high prices, the conditions are limiting farmers’ efforts to grow crops, raise livestock and buy food.
