City of Joburg | Minority parties meet on way forward

The Joburg City Council will not debate a motion of no confidence in Mayor Mpho Phalatse on Friday. But, she says she hopes the council will approve her plan to apply for a R2 billion short-term loan to keep the municipality afloat.
