Bradford Art Exhibition Showcases the Culture and Heritage of the African Diaspora

The Mechanics Institute in Bradford recently played host to Verba Arts and their first ‘Black Art Exhibition’.

The aim of Verba Arts is to showcase the artwork of local and regional artists whose work has been inspired by the African and Caribbean diaspora in British society.

Culture, music, legacy, life experience and the contribution made to British society, recorded, archived, and artistically contained in one space.

The exhibition features work by Bradford-born Mussadiq ‘Muss’ Haq, who brings his unique vision and a careful eye to all his works.
