Judge Rachel Bell – MNPS Black Excellence
“Black Excellence means performing well and winning”
Judge Rachel L. Bell is a 1996 graduate of Hillsboro High School where she was a stellar student-athlete. Bell was elected General Sessions Court Judge in 2012 and in August 2014, became the Presiding Judge over the Davidson County General Sessions Court, Division VIII (8).
She established R.E.A.C.H. (Reaching Every Aspiring Child’s Horizon), a summer literacy program for rising 1st-4th graders and the FUTURE internship program for rising 11th & 12th graders.
