Today at Holyrood, Kate Forbes – the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Economy said that Scotland had ‘no black hole’ in public spending as Scottish Tory Liz Smith questioned her

Scotland’s Economic and Fiscal Forecasts committee convened to discuss the government’s Resource Spending Review and Medium-Term Financial Strategy.

Ms Forbes was questioned about her recent spending review and on what she based her decisions.
