Black Business Highlight | The Kyndall Project
It’s black history month and I am highlighting a black business/non-profit organization every Friday! This Friday I’m highlighting “The Kyndall Project” which is a non-profit organization created by a 16 year old Nation Honor Society member. The Kyndall Project aims to transform our communities by inspiring our youth to reach their full potential.
I am revamping my YouTube channel which has not allowed me the time to conduct black business highlight interviews but it is such a passion of mine to make sure I honor the hard work, dedication, diligence and intentional service of our black businesses/non-profits. Why? You may ask. Because it pains me how easily we can be divided as a black community and how some of us still have a “crab-in-a-bucket” mentality, so quick to tear down one another in fear of someone else becoming more successful than ourselves. With all that we’ve been thru as a community you would think the one thing we knew how to do better than anything else is stick together. However, so often we tend to be pulled a part – in our families, in society, in business, in politics and even in the church. So I have made it my mission to create a platform where I can champion what we are doing in our black community as so many others of us have also done. It’s time for our community to become unified like never before!
