Our goal here in the Village is to facilitate and support the advancement of black men as the leaders of their communities and the course correction of Black America.
At the end of the day, we intend to see the Black Man take his rightful place on the world stage aside all of his counterparts.
While emphasizing the 7 P’s, Pride, Patience, Profession, Paper, Power, Provider and Protector. We accentuate the black man’s spiritual growth, his emotional stability, his financial independence, and his understanding of the nature of the opposite sex.
We bare our souls here in the Million Man Village with the expectation that our experiences, our successes and even our failures will guide others to truth, wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
We have no sacred cows here in the Million Man Village all that we ask is that when you enter these gates youdoso with expectation of growing together, learning from one another and sharing openly, honestly and respectfully.

The Million Man Village is dedicated to the enhancement of the physical, spiritual, intellectual and financial growth of the black man and his future. The Million Man Village provides a space for black men to express their views about life, careers, wealth, health and women. As the Black Manospher has grown, more and more black men have become open to self expression. No matter his position in life, all men are welcome to contribute and participate. It is the objective of the Million Man Village to advance the growth and developement of Black America through the positive efforts and acheivements of Black Men.
