Renovations needed for Multi-Cultural Center

People who work at and use the cultural center in Asheville, built in 1893, say repairs are needed to keep the gem around for another 128 years.

Jessica Montanez, a young artist and photographer, says she’s living a dream, seeing her art on display at the Noir Collective Asheville gallery right next door to the YMI Cultural Center.
