"A Century of Black Life, History and Culture"

The City of Irving and the Irving Black Arts Council partnered once again to sponsor this annual event celebrating African-American History Month. It was a real community effort with middle and high school students, local dancers and citizens working together to highlight contributions that African-Americans have made to our nation.
