'Chopped' winner launches restaurant collective to empower Black business owners in Oakland



“Chopped” champion Rashad Armstead started the Black Food Collective as a space for business owners in East Oakland to host pop-ups and fill catering orders, all while getting support because he knows firsthand the struggles Black entrepreneurs face.
